Refund policy

Oooze has a 30-day exchange policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return if the sizing is not right. To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Unfortunately, I cannot accept exchanges on sale items or gift cards.

No Refunds
Oooze has a no refund policy, exchanges only. 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact me immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that I can evaluate the issue and make it right.
